kairosweightlosswellness is committed to delivering a convenient, high-quality weight loss program with fair and transparent customer service practices. We aim to meet the needs of all our clients; however, please be aware there are specific circumstances where refunds cannot be provided. Below you will find our detailed refund policy.

Full Refunds Available:

Patients are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their program prior to the medical doctor consultation. Once the consultation is completed, a $75 fee is non-refundable.

Partial Refunds Available:

If after consultation, the patient is deemed not eligible for further treatment due to reasons not previously disclosed in the qualification questionnaire (e.g., not a suitable candidate for GLP-1s or another weight loss treatment plan), a $30 refund is issued.

Disqualifying refund conditions include:
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Allergy to Semaglutide or Tirzepatide
  • Medical history of thyroid cancer, gastroparesis, type 1 diabetes, chronic pancreatitis
  • BMI not qualifying as overweight or obese
  • Disqualifying insurance: Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, Kaiser
  • If the patient opts to cancel the program prior to activating the post-appointment messaging feature with the provider for reasons such as denied prior authorization, medication out of stock, or cost of medication, a refund of $30 is issued.
  • Full Medication Refund:

    If a patient completes an initial visit with the provider for a compound program and then decides to cancel, a full medication refund will be issued minus the $75 consultation fee.

    Non-Refundable Circumstances:
  • Disagreement with the treatment plan: Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction or disagreement with the clinical outcome or the treatment plan provided by the clinician.
  • Non-refundable circumstances include
  • lack of medication availability, decisions by the medical doctor not to prescribe based on medical history, denial of prior authorization, or medications being on back order.
  • The $75 consultation fee is non-refundable once the medical consultation has been completed, except if the cancellation request is submitted before the consultation.
  • Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Subsequent month's services will not be billed. Cancellations

    Clients may cancel their subscription to our programs at any time. To avoid charges for the upcoming month, cancellations must be made before the renewal date of your monthly subscription. If a cancellation is made within three days of the subscription renewal date, access to the program will continue until the end of the current 30-day period. Please note, we do not offer pro-rated refunds.

    Returns

    Due to the personalized nature of our health services and products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications, vitamins, or supplement products that have been shipped. This includes any services performed, such as consultations, prescription submissions to pharmacies, or completion of any required prior authorization.Issues with ShipmentsShould there be any concerns regarding shipping or the condition of items upon delivery, please reach out to us with the following details:

  • Approved Refunds

    In the rare instance that a refund is approved, it will be processed promptly. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within ten days.

    Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your credit card company; note that there might be a delay before the refund is reflected.
  • Reach out to your bank as there is typically some processing time before a refund is posted.
